RawBit is an invite-only community for active AI builders. To be eligible for membership, you must be able to demonstrate at least one AI project, prototype, or substantive contribution completed within the 90 days prior to application. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of the moderation team and may be revoked at any time.
RawBit is a doing community, not a spectating community. Members are expected to remain meaningfully active. Acceptable forms of participation include, but are not limited to:

Violations may result in immediate removal without prior notice.
All work shared within RawBit remains the intellectual property of the original creator. By posting in the community, you grant RawBit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to feature or reference your work for community promotional purposes (e.g. highlighting it on the community website or in member spotlights). You may withdraw this permission at any time by notifying the moderation team in writing.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any work you share does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
The moderation team reserves the right to remove any member for conduct that violates these terms, disrupts the community environment, or is otherwise determined to be harmful. Moderator decisions are final. Removed members are welcome to re-apply after a 30-day cooling-off period, provided the circumstances that led to removal have been addressed.
RawBit is provided on an "as-is" basis. The community and its operators make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any content shared within the community. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in community policy or applicable law. Members will be notified of material changes where contact information is available. Continued participation in the community after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Moderation staff may access member information solely for the purpose of enforcing community standards. Aggregated, anonymised statistics (such as total member count or challenge participation rates) may be shared publicly without identifying individual members.
Member data is retained for the duration of active membership. Upon voluntary departure, or following removal due to inactivity or policy violations, personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except where a longer retention period is required by applicable law or for the resolution of outstanding disputes.

The RawBit website (rawbit.build) may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate visitor traffic. No personally identifiable information is collected through website analytics, and no tracking cookies are set for advertising purposes.
We take reasonable precautions to protect member information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
